CASA ZURENBORG offers you a cosy ATTIC, perfect for your stay in Antwerp. The room is situated on the third floor of our house, and include a private bathroom, a sofa, a table and a corner with a washbasin and a microwave. And all this right in the heart of the picturesque quarter of Zurenborg.
Our ATTIC of around 35 square meter is intimate and a cosy place, with original wooden elements and roof beams. Located in our house, which is built in neo-flemish-renaissance style with a red brick façade, it is reachable through the common internal stairway.
The automatically closing and fireproof doors guarantee your privacy.
The room is completely furnished and well illuminated, and has a double bed with luxury comfortable mattress. In the Attic, a wooden staircase leads to a little mezzanine with a small double mattress, perfect for a child or youngster.
There is a kitchen area with microwave (following the official fire security rules there is no oven or cooking pit), Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, fridge and a small wash basin. Dining table with 3 chairs, and seating area with sofa area also available.
Television and free WiFi.

It is a unique and protected area in Antwerp, which is famous for its art nouveau, neo-gothic and neo-renaissance architecture.
The most remarkable streets to visit are Cogels-Osylei, Transvaalstraat and Dageraadplaats.
WHERE WE ARE
Zurenborg is a picturesque and lively neighbourhood of Antwerp. It is full of little bars and restaurants, and is at only 10 minutes on foot from the train station Antwerpen-Berchem.
The car-free square “Dageraadplaats” and the square “Draakplaats” are the animated centers of the neighbourhood, lined with bars and restaurants that are always full of local people who sip a drink while keeping an eye on their children playing in the square’s playground.

It is also quickly reachable by car from the highway, taking the exit Berchem or Borgerhout.
